2022 12th - 28th July
do a leg or do the Lot, Tassie to the Top End
We are extremely excited to announce that entries into our much anticipated Twenty-22 Super Road Boss Rally, travelling from Tassie, right across Australia to Darwin in the Top End of the Northern Territory in mid 2022 will remain open. Due to uncertainties surrounding covid dates are yet to be confirmed, however our wish and intention is to run it during July 2022.
Get yourself entered and start preparing for an incredible adventure from the very bottom to the very top of Australia from where you will see and drive through snow covered mountains, spinifex in the desert, rusty red sand hills through to the northern tropics and rivers.
This will be the eighth Super we have organised in the past thirty years and will most certainly have all the key elements that we have all grown to love and expect. It will be long, it will be remote, it will be difficult and it will go places and do things that no one thought possible.

Few bits and pieces to keep you thinking:
- The rally will start in Tasmania. (Launceston) and finish in Darwin.
- We will be setting up and able to help with transport logistics and secure storage for anyone wanting to ship their car or drive down to the start earlier. Same on the northern end where you can freight your car home again if you want or need to.
- There will be a shorter portion of the event made available for those that are unable to do the full Super. There will also be a few opt in/out locations along the entire route of the journey.
- When we get up in to the Central and Northern end of the rally, there will be a number remote desert camps where you will be required to be completely self sufficient.
- It will be cold, it will be hot and it will cover the length of the country and expose you to all the amazing and breathtaking elements it has to offer.
- Entry numbers are restricted and there will be a strict filtering process where not just anybody off the street can enter. Anyone wanting to enter must have some proven back ground and experience with participating in challenging motoring events and be able to prepare adequately and safely for this event and its remote and rugged conditions. (should entry numbers exceed expectations and have to be capped, preference will be given to anyone who has participated in any Road Boss Rally).
